English notaries are recognised by the Irish authorities to authenticate sworn declarations for use in the Republic of Ireland in the place of an Irish Commissioner for Oaths, as all English notaries are also Commissioners for Oaths.

If you find yourself executing or administering a will governing an estate which involves land inIreland, or if you are engaged in litigation in Ireland, we would be happy to administer such oaths for you in England to save you the short flight.

As a sign of relations between our countries, our documents do not normally need to be apostilled for use in Ireland, which is usually required for most other EU countries.
