Approved

Sworn translations

‘Sworn’ translations are stamped by the qualified translator who has been sworn in by the courts and/or embassy of the relevant country. Certain overseas registries e.g. in Austria, Brazil, Germany, Greece and Poland require documents to be ‘sworn translated’ before they accept them for filing. We are happy to arrange the translation, certification by the sworn translator and/or embassy, legalisation/apostille (if necessary) and dispatch of the original stamped translations to your foreign recipients.

Certified

Notarial certification in foreign languages

The UK does not ‘swear in’ translators, and the UK gold-standard equivalent of a sworn translator is for a notary to certify that a translation is an accurate, true and faithful translation of the original document, either on the basis of a certificate signed by the translator or if the notary is personally qualified in translation for that language. We have the signatures of many fully qualified translators on our books which allows us to arrange and certify translations for you at high speed with no compromise on quality. Some of our Notaries a fully qualified translators and members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. We are always happy to produce the notarial certification that the translation is accurate directly in the target language.

Translation

Plain translations

If you do not need your translation to be certified, we can provide a high-speed service and deliver the translation to you by email.

Once you have shared your document and confirmed whether you need a plain/convenience translation, a notarially certified translation, and/or a translation stamped by a translator sworn to a particular court/embassy, we will quickly provide you with a quote (by word count), timescale and process.

We regularly work with all the Consulates in London, and we are also members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce, Arab British Chamber of Commerce and Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
