We can assist you with the notarisation and further legalisation of your documents, whether by way of Apostille, Consular Legalisation or a combination of Legalisation at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and further stamping at the relevant consulate.

We can arrange for the following documents to be notarised in foreign languages and legalised for you.

  • Powers of attorney, written resolutions and minutes;
  • Certificates of good standing and change of name;
  • Private documents (such as educational GCSE, A Level and University degree/diploma certificates, powers of attorney, birth, death and marriage certificates, divorce decrees nisi and absolute, letters, affidavits/sworn declaration);
  • Certified copies;
  • Deeds and agreements (with translation where appropriate);
  • Attesting the signature and execution of documents;
  • HMRC documents including certificates of residence, P60 and tax declaration forms;
  • Administering affidavits or depositions sworn on oath or affirmed as Commissioner for Oaths.

As well as certifying the above documents, we can also advise you on the wording and form of the document itself. Our fees are highly competitive, and we aim to deliver all documents back to you the same day.

Legalisation

Consular legalisation

Consular legalisation is only required where documents are going to be used in a country which has not ratified the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961. For those countries that have signed The Hague Convention, the only form of legalisation required is the Apostille.

When our services may be required:

  • To certify documents and information that will be used in foreign countries;
  • To legalise certain corporate or private documents;
  • To translate documents for use abroad;
  • If you deal with business overseas.
